Ground handling and station coordination

A tech stop with no handler is a lost day. We arrange handling at every field on the route, confirm it the day before, and give the crew a named contact and a frequency.

  • Someone waiting at every stop
  • Handling agent appointed and confirmed at each stop
  • Slots, PPR and curfew management
  • GPU, air start, pushback and de-icing arranged
  • Crew transport and hotels booked around duty limits

Remote and low traffic fields

Ferry routes go through places scheduled airlines do not. We have working relationships at the fields that matter on long crossings, and where there is no established handler we make direct arrangements with the airport.
