Aircraft movement and transition consulting

Not every question ends in a flight. Owners and investors call us to find out whether a movement is possible, what it will really cost, and how long it will take before they sign anything.

  • Ask before you commit
  • Feasibility and cost studies before a transaction closes
  • Fleet transition and phase-out sequencing
  • Route and tech stop strategy for unusual types
  • Honest answers, including when the answer is no

Fleet transitions

Moving eight aircraft is not moving one aircraft eight times. Crew rotation, permit reuse, fuel contracts and slot sequencing all change when a program is planned as a program.

Due diligence support

Before a purchase closes, we can assess the technical and regulatory obstacles to getting the aircraft where it needs to be, which is often the cost nobody has modelled.
