Boeing 737NG ferry and delivery flights
The 737-800 is the dominant freighter conversion feedstock and one of the most traded aircraft in the world. We move them to conversion lines, to new operators and to storage, often with a demo flight attached.
- The workhorse of the conversion market
- Cargo door modification positioning to Dothan, Miami and Asia
- Demo flights combined with onward delivery
- Deliveries to operators across Latin America, Africa and Asia
- Post-storage recovery from Goodyear, Victorville and Marana
Conversion slot discipline
Conversion lines run on slot dates and a late aircraft moves the whole program. We plan backwards from the induction date and flag the constraint early, usually a permit or a maintenance item rather than the flying.
Delivery with a demo attached
Buyers often want to see the aircraft fly before it leaves. We combine the demonstration sortie and the delivery ferry into one movement so the crew positions once.
